William Anthony "Tony" McConkey was first elected to serve in the Maryland House of Delegates in 2002, taking the seat of former Delegate Janet Greenip, who ran for a State Senate seat. McConkey serves in District 33A, which is located in Anne Arundel County Maryland. He won reelection in 2006.[1] He serves along with fellow Republican James King.
